My first true love Stargate: SG-1, along with my second true love Supernatural. With very small sides of NCIS, Simon & Simon, Emergency! and Hawaii Five-0 (reboot).

Stargate SG-1:
Most of my Stargate stuff can be found on Stargatefan. I'm far, far too lazy to post individual links for each story. Sorry!

My SG-1 stuff can also be found on Ancient Musings.

Snapshots. J/D slash, PG to R, a series of scenes in Jack and Daniel's relationship.
For Every Action, Gen, H/C (Daniel), teamfic. R. S2. Ten parts total - 45,000 words. For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction.
The Leavers Dance, Gen, Angst (Daniel), Tag to Heroes I&II. R. S7. @11,550 words. Daniel seemed all right at first, but dealing with the loss of Janet Fraiser wasn't as simple as that.

I'm not that prolific, but I think the list is long enough to put behind a cutCollapse )

NCIS/Supernatural crossover:
Out for Blood. Gen, Angst, H/C. R. S4 NCIS. S2 Supernatural. Nine parts. Someone from Dean and Sam Winchester’s past comes back to haunt them…and while they're at it, they also haunt a member of the NCIS team. (It's Tony.)
Deja Vu All Over Again. Gen, Angst, H/C. PG-13. S7 SPN, S9 NCIS. 29000 words. Tony DiNozzo is in an eerily familiar situation, and his fate is yet again in the hands of two felons who have died multiple times, on paper and in reality, since he last saw them. And one of them terrifies him more than the monster.

Simon & Simon/Supernatural crossover:
Don't Judge a Book. Gen, crossover, casefic. R. S4 Simon & Simon. Preseries Supernatural. @33000 words. Rick and AJ Simon are on what they think is a routine case when something ... not routine happens. Their whole perspective has to shift to accommodate the Winchester family and all the scary things that entails.

I am convinced the people who know the difference between their, there and they're are now in the minority.

I woke up from an uninterrupted cat sleep, excited because it was Saturday.

Except for the part where it's Friday. *sigh*

Also, please to cross your fingers for me if you get a chance during the next few days?

Was going to put an offer in on a house. Realtor is hedging, stated she has a bad feeling it's a money pit. I'm going with her on that, because in all honesty, the house is cute but I'm not in love with it.

Viewed a different house on Thursday evening, lacked charm but comes with a killer view (not sunset views, but gorgeous bay and mountain). It's a possibility. Listed at $10K over budget.

Had her arrange with the listing agent a viewing of a currently occupied house this AM. Arrived at house (cute house, reasonable price) and knocked for entry. Realtor called, "Hello, we have an appointment!" and the lady said, "Not with me, you don't!" LOL. Whoops, the house is generally vacated for a showing. So I'll see that one on Monday instead. Not jazzed about it being a rental right now. Renters can be a lot more rough on a house than owners (eyes the spots a certain wild tuxedo kitty likes to scratch despite the posts provided) and by the looks of this place, they're not neat freaks.

Also, I made a little peach pie. Mmmm, peach pie might just be my favorite.

It's been a while

I want a house. I do. But I want these sunsets as well, and I don't think I can have both at once.

I suppose it would be terribly rude of me to reply to a potential online suitor with, "Sorry, but one of my minimum requirements is a basic grasp on spelling and you can't even spell where you live correctly", wouldn't it?

I really don't know if I should keep forging ahead or call this experiment a failure.

In other news, went to roller derby bout this weekend and it was fun. A bit hard to follow, but fun. My favorite part honestly came at the end, when the team who was obviously going to win (they smoked the competition) essentially gave the other team the final round and allowed them to score up to a respectable number. Very cool of them, I thought.

Terrible quality pic (had wrong setting) and pardon the dirty dishes...

This is one of Abe's favorite spots. He refuses to be discouraged off of the counters. Sigh.

If being really enthusiastic about a dinner consisting of broccoli salad and a fried egg with wilted spinach sandwich is sad, then I don't want to be happy.

Mmmmm, delicious, delicious food.
